Modern Indian restaurant

Food and service here was fantastic. Our server was very knowledgeable about items on the menu and recommended the right number of dishes for our group. Will definitely return again.

Placed an order for regular biryani and asked to make it bit mild as not everyone can handle that spice. But the lady over the phone said they can’t modify it, means they can’t make it mild. One person is paying to have it in one’s own taste. We didn’t say to change the ingredients or so. It was so much spicy that I will not be placing any further orders. I guess they cook it for the whole day with one standard spice level and keep on serving the same one. Sorry but we paid and got just spicy taste.

Our favorite restaurant for east Indian food. The portions are great in size and wonderful atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and excellent customer service! I'm in love with their butter chicken and goat curry. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. The interior is very cozy and clean, is more of a dhaba style place.

I grew up in south India with fabulous food cooked by my mom. My exposure to different cuisines grew with time, but soul food for me is always south indian cuisine. And south India has at least 4 states with multiple food styles. Paradise for the gastric sense. Best south indian food in GTA at Mysore Darshini. As authentic as I can recollect. We had the uddin vada, idly with sambar, masala dosa, kesari bath and of course the filter coffee

Fitoor is absolutely wonderful!The food, first of all, is very tasty! We ordered Veg Manchurian Dry, Railway Veg Cutlet, Adrakhi Dhaniya Paneer, Dal Makhani, Garlic Naan, and Plain Roti. The Veg Manchurian was very delicious, but the Railway Veg Cutlet was our favorite appetizer since it was full of flavors and different textures. The side dishes were also great! The Adrakhi Dhaniya Paneer was okay because it did not taste that outstandinng, and the paneer was a bit rubbery. I did however love the scrumptious, fresh Dal Makhani which I definitely need more of! The Garlic Naans were soft, and tasty. The Plain Roti was also very good. We also ordered Kesar-Pista Jamun for dessert, which was well balanced in terms of flavor, but it could have been a bit softer. The quantities of all the food is also good, and the prices are decent.I really loved the ambience of Fitoor. The interior of the restaurant is pretty well laid out, and good looking. The tables, chairs, cutlery, utensils, and bathrooms are all clean. The service is good, and though the restaurant was crowded, our food arrived fairly quickly, and hot and fresh.Overall, this is a restaurant I recommend to anyone and everyone for its authentic Indian cuisine, good service, ambience, and cleanliness!

We recently visited Mumbai Local in Vancouver and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting.We especially enjoyed the spicy vada pav, shrimp rava fry and the finger licking chicken lollipops. The mutton kolhapuri was perfectly cooked and the flavors were amazing. The pics don’t do justice so do give it a try!!The staff was friendly and attentive, and they made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was clean and well-decorated, and the music was pleasant.Overall, we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great Indian meal in Vancouver.I hope this helps!

My experience was horrible . we went over there(8 member). Food was horrible. in addition tandoori roti was not good it is just like garbage. it is totally wastage of money. Before reaching we were happy because we visited to peggy's cove. But after having our happiness has gone. So, please donot eat and waste your money over here.

Everything here is delicious. Anytime we’re on the island we make a point to stop by. I love the thali plates for lunch so I can have lots of variety but everything is fantastic though and leftovers from dinner are always welcome!

Dropped in for dinner with friends and they honestly have a very interesting menu - it is straight up like Indian/southern American cuisine had a baby (and they made it work oh so well). Ordered the chicken tandoori burger and chicken and waffles along with a shake, everything was fantastic although I would state that it's on the pricey side but it is definitely worth the exprerience as you really cant compare it to othe places. Would drop in again to try some other items (shakes in particular) if I'm in the neighborhood.

Got delivered via UberEats, bhindi, tanoori paneer and naan'sBhindi was a bit oily like most places, paneer was a bit pricey and the naan's were big. All tasted great, will be trying some other items in the near future
